Booking Policy

1. Advance Payment: To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of reservation. This ensures your booking is secured and guaranteed.
2. Booking Confirmation: Once the advance payment is received, a confirmation email or SMS will be sent to you with your booking details.
3. Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Partial Refunds: Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the advance payment.
3. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for any refund.
4. Special Circumstances: Refunds due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

1. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is approved.
2. Payment Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
3. Service Charges: Any transaction fees or service charges incurred during the booking will not be refunded.

Modification of Bookings

1. Changes to Dates: Modifications to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Upgrades: Guests may request an upgrade, subject to room availability and applicable rates.

Check-In and Check-Out Policies

1. Check-In Time: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM.
2. Check-Out Time: Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
3. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

General Terms

1. Identification: All guests are required to present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.
2. Number of Guests: The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the reservation.
3. Behavior and Conduct: Puri Hotels Group reserves the right to refuse accommodation or service if a guest’s behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
